The days of IVRs being confusing things that pass callers from pillar to post are over. The modern IVR – as championed by Fresh Air Studios – is an invaluable tool for any business. These aren’t just for energy companies, the water board and other things you’ll find on a Monopoly board. These can be used by small and medium businesses too.
Any caller will be met with the option to choose which department they talk to. If that department is busy, the caller can leave a message and the business will be able to call them right back. If at any point the caller is put on hold, they’ll hear a series of messages about the business and their services.
Then at night, when there is no one in the building, the IVR will switch to an answerphone mode. So you need never miss any important callers. Let’s face it, that’s much better than the old message you recorded on a tape back in 1993.
At Fresh Air Studios we only use professional voice artists. There’s a whole selection for you to choose from. We also have a library of different types of music that can be used. So whether you employ 6 people or 6,000, any potential clients won’t know the difference.
